Your Child's First Pediatric Dental Visit
Dr. Singh and his staff are committed to helping you and your child have the best first visit to the dentist. When children are anxious about the dentist, we want them to feel safe and parents to feel confident that their children are receiving the highest-quality care.
Preparing your child for their first dentist visit
Before your child’s first visit to the dentist, you can help them feel comfortable by letting them know a little bit about what they can expect. We will spend some time getting to know them and, of course, reviewing their dental and medical history. We will do our very best to make this as enjoyable as possible.
At all of your child’s visits, they’ll spend some time with one of our hygienists to make sure their teeth are clean, polished, and healthy!
Don’t Forget: Make sure you bring your patient information form, your insurance card, and any other documentation that we’ll need to keep on file.
Dental Check-Ups
At the end of our appointments, if there are no concerns that will require a follow up, we’ll take some time to schedule your child for their next check-up. The American Dental Association recommends that check-ups and cleanings occur once every six months. We’ll look forward to seeing you soon.
